This new year I have been putting a lot of effort towards eating healthy. Not really as a goal, just more of a lifestyle change. I want to change my mentality towards food. I don't want to eat carrots and celery everyday, I just want to eat GOOD foods. Things that don't have twenty words I can't pronounce. With the introduction of way more organic products into grocery stores as a result of consumer reports, it has become way easier to get your hands on things that aren't full of preservatives, trans fats, sodium, etc. Because I have been trying to eat healthier I have been cooking a little more here and there. I am going to start posting some recipes that I use that I think are "blog worthy." If anybody has any recipes that they want me to try just send them my way and I will make them, photograph them, and blog them. Expect some deliciousness.
